Shipping & Returns

This policy applies to merchandise purchased from the Bass Online shop for delivery to the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs

For orders delivered to the United States or Canada, shipping costs $7.50 USD for merchandise totals below $100 USD. Shipping is free for merchandise totals of $100 USD or more, after discounts and before tax.

Delivery

Delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date you place your order. This timeframe includes order processing and shipping.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns for defective and non-defective merchandise, as well as exchanges, within 10 days after delivery. Items must be in new condition.

Returns are sent by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping label and paying return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Refund processing takes up to 5 days after we receive your return.
